Dr. Mark Chavez and Dr. Salvador Placencia Two medical doctors have been accused of illegally conspiring to provide ketamine to the late “Pals” star.
The state medical board tells TMZ … they’re conscious of the felony costs towards Dr. Chavez and Dr. Placencia and are investigating the matter.
In the meantime, the board tells us each medical doctors’ medical licenses stay legitimate… and there have been no disciplinary actions towards their licenses.

Dr. Chavez admitted promoting the drug to Dr. Placencia, who prosecutors say obtained ketamine by writing fraudulent prescriptions.
Prosecutors allege Dr. Placencia, a physician on the pressing care middle, ceaselessly injected Matthew with giant doses of ketamine … even at Perry’s dwelling.
Dr. Plasencia was charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, distribution of ketamine inflicting demise, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and tampering with and falsifying data in reference to a federal investigation. He pleads not responsible.
