Former Strictly Come Dancing star Artem Chigvintsev has been arrested within the US on suspicion of home violence, based on jail information.
He was being held Thursday morning on the Napa County Jail in California.
The 42-year-old Russian skilled dancer joined the eighth sequence of Strictly in 2010 and received that 12 months along with her star companion Kara Tointon.
Since 2014, he has appeared repeatedly on the American model of the present Dancing with the Stars.
On-line jail information present Mr. Chigvintsev was arrested underneath California Penal Code Part 273.5(a) – Bodily damage to a partner.
