Authoritarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban urged Trump violated the Logan Act by reiterating that he instructed Putin he would reduce off funding to Ukraine if he returned to the White Home.

Orban says within the video above that Trump promised Putin that if he returned to the White Home, the U.S. wouldn’t contribute one other penny to the warfare in Ukraine. If Trump made such a promise, he can be violating the Logan Act.
The Logan Act provides:
Any citizen of the US, wherever positioned, with out authorization of the US, initiates or engages, instantly or not directly, with any international authorities, or any officer or agent thereof, with the intent to have an effect on the measure or any international authorities or The conduct of any of its officers or brokers in reference to any dispute or controversy with the US or within the frustration of measures of the US shall be punishable beneath this title by a positive or by imprisonment for a time period not exceeding three years, or by each.
This Article shall not deprive a citizen personally or by his agent of the precise to use to any international Authorities or its brokers for a treatment for any harm which he might endure from such Authorities or any of its brokers or topics.
